PROFIBUS-DP  Master & Slave for PCI-Express boards for QNX 6.x

DACHSview-SDL  Full version for Evaluation

November 28th, 2009, STEINHOFF offers a full version of their IDE DACHSview-SDL incl. the Target for QNX 6.4.1 for evaluation! Modbus is included in this version. This eval-version stops after 2 hours and can then be started again.

On request via email we will send you a link for downloading the newest version of DACHSview-SDL and you will be able to get an own impression of that innovative and powerful programming- and GUI-tool.

 

Converting C-APIs to function block libraries for integrating into DACHSview 

November 2009, As new service STEINHOFF offers to convert C-APIs from devices into function block libraries for DACHSview in order to program also these devices seamless in the >all-in-one< DACHSview programming environment.

 

Full CAN boards with CC770 with 1, 2, or 4 channels for QNX

October 2009, STEINHOFF has released Full CAN support for different CAN boards with the CC770 controller from BOSCH. The CC770 is replacing the i82527 controller.

 

EtherCAT Slave for QNX 6.4.x

October 2009, STEINHOFF is partner from Koenig-PA and offers the KPA-EtherCAT Slave board for QNX 6.4.x for the DACHS product suite as well as a DACHS-EtherCAT Slave functionblock library for DACHSview-SDL. With this board it's now possible

to build high speed industrial real-time networks with update cycles down to less than 20 micro seconds!

EtherCAT Master for QNX 6.4

February 2009, STEINHOFF is partner from Koenig-PA and offers the KPA-EtherCAT Master for QNX 6.4 for the DACHS product suite as well as a DACHS-EtherCAT functionblock library for DACHSview-SDL. For configuration of EtherCAT networks is offered the configuration tool "KPA EtherCAT Studio".

 

DACHS CAN for Janus MM board

June 2008, STEINHOFF has released CAN support for the Dual-CAN PC/104 Board from Diamond Systems.  I comes with two different resource manager versions.

The resource manager "can" supports one physical CAN channel and can be started twice. The resource manager "can_dual" supports both physical CAN channels concurrently.

The C-API is also available as function block library for DACHSview-SDL. The DACHS CANopen stack can run on top of the layer 2 resource managers. Up to 4 controller boards are supported in one PC.

 

DACHS PROFIBUS-DP  Support for new PCI and PC/104-Plus boards

May 2008, STEINHOFF has released the QNX 6.x support for the new PB-PRO board series from Softing. The C-API as well as the function block library for DACHSview-SDL are the same as for the PROFIboard PCI series.

 

DACHS EPL  Ethernet POWERLINK for QNX 6.3, now with 2 independant EPL Stacks

DACHS CAN  now also for PCI and PC/104-Plus Boards from 

Sept. 2007, STEINHOFF has released CAN support for the Dual-CAN PCAN-PCI und PCAN-PC/104-Plus Boards from PEAK-Systems.  The CPU load of the resource managers is less than 4% of a 400 MHz CPU with a frame rate of 100 frames/sec. 

The C-API is also available as function block library for DACHSview and DACHSview-SDL. The DACHS CANopen stack can run on top of the layer 2 resource managers. Up to 4 controller boards are supported in one PC.

 

DACHSview-SDL 

for standalone embedded graphical applications running under QNX6 and Photon/SDL.

     DACHSview-SDL is an innovative programming & GUI tool which is based on a graphical function block language and covers all aspects of today’s industrial automation. DACHSview-SDL applications are data flow- and function block oriented and are developed within an uniform programming environment supporting I/O ports, physical memory, fieldbus I/O points, TTF-fonts, SQL data bases, and the development of complex animated graphics.  One tool for all system interfaces !

    DACHSview-SDL includes calls of the libraries SDL and SDL-Gfx as pre-defined function blocks (FBs), and a TTF library. Further are included higher level FBs for bar graphs, meters, trend graphs, GUI buttons, control- and input-elements, etc. for easy handling of complex visualization tasks. Additional options are offerings of FB-libraries for SQLite (SQL data base), and fieldbus-support e.g.  The FB-libraries are integrated into the MS-Windows based programming-Workbench DACHSview. The developed real-time programs will be uploaded to specific remote QNX Neutrino RTOS v. 6.3 Targets. After uploading all applications are running w/o the workbench. 
    User-defined function blocks can be built. Existing C-applications can be integrated by message-passing. DACHSview-SDL is supporting visualization functions combined with Soft-PLC tasks.

DACHS PROFINET

an Ethernet based Fieldbus, offered for QNX 6.3 .The resource manager (driver) and API implementation for QNX 6.3 are fully compatible with the API defined by Siemens. The configuration of the CP16XX masters and its networks can be done by the SIMATIC NCM PC configuration tool from Siemens.  -  PROFINET is very fast and has a bus topology.

 

DACHS EtherCAT

for the Ethernet based Fieldbus EtherCAT is the first QNX 6.3 based implementation available with Resource Manager, C-API, and XML based Configuration Tools. - EtherCAT is very fast and has a ring topology.

 

DACHS CANopen

STEINHOFF has released a QNX 6.3 based CANopen stack for non-coprocessor boards with CAN controllers like i82527, SJA1000, the processor MPC 5200B, and others. It comes with selected frame level drivers, CANopen API and application frame work. It's offered with sources for a one time fee with royalty-free runtimes as OEM product, or in single licenses as part of a board/software package.

 

DACHSview

Visual Programming of RealTime-Applications with a MS-Windows based workbench. The Target is running QNX 6.3.

DACHSview allows event oriented processing by blocking function blocks based on IEC61499.

DACHSview is also available for PROFINET, EtherCAT, CANopen, PROFIBUS-DP, and INTERBUS.
